Can Healthy Food Be Delicious? 

Satvic Movement founder, Subah Sarf, went to Living Light Culinary Institute to learn how to make healthy food delicious. There she learnt knife skills, food combining, flavor balancing and how to make delicious raw vegan recipes only using whole, fresh ingredients straight from Mother Nature. No sugar, no wheat, no dairy. To top it off, all food was uncooked, so no oven, stove or heating was involved, in order to preserve the nutrition and enzymes in it. After coming back, she developed many Indian recipes that are not only healthy but also delicious.
